Welcome to Fall 2016!  Some of you guys will be coming back to SCAD for Fall quarter, some will be new students, some will be finishing up your final quarters, and some of you will be traveling back and forth from your home countries!  Either way, we are happy to make the 33rd Street house your home away from home!

As you all can tell, our group this year will be a more mature, well-travelled bunch, and I hope you all learn a lot from each other and help each other live happily and peacefully.  Since we are all coming in at different times, I do ask that you all take this first week of moving in (August - September 5th) to say "hi", introduce yourself, get to know each other, etc.  Also, take some pictures when you move-in, so you have some frame of reference, of how to keep the house. We will have a mandatory meeting sometime between September 5th-11th to discuss house rules, expectations for cleanliness, assignment of storage, space, chores, etc, to answer any lingering questions, concerns, etc. 

In the meantime, I will be working with my property manager to get the house ready for the new academic year, so maybe you guys will see me, maybe you won't.  I am also a short text or fb msg away.

I will be emailing you all individual contracts, so please be on the lookout for them in an the email.
